The annual Home Builders Association of Western Michigan’s Home & Garden Expo will be held March 7-9, 2025 at the Kalamazoo Expo Center and Fairgrounds. The Expo Center boasts 61,000 square feet of show space with 279 available exhibit spaces, a seminar stage, and garden area.
With over 50 years of experience in consumer show planning and production, the HBA makes exhibiting in the 2025 Home & Garden Expo an easy decision. This exhibitor packet includes a fillable contract with included rules & regulations at the Kalamazoo County Expo Center. Please note, all booths come standard with: Electric (110 volt/20 amp), Carpeting, 8 ft curtains, and Wi-Fi. For available booths, scroll to the bottom of this screen.

Need to order tables, chairs, or a trash bin? Your booth rental at the Kalamazoo Home & Garden Expo comes standard with eight (8) foot rear and side curtains, carpet, electric and WiFi. If you need additional items, such as a skirted table, chairs, or a trash bin, please download a furniture rental form.

Exhibitor Entrance – to be used on show days; badges required. Doors will remain locked until ONE HOUR before show times.

Overhead Door – All large items needing to utilize these doors should plan to setup on WEDNESDAY. Booths located in front of these doors will not be able to setup until THURSDAY.
Regular Door
Main Entry – per Expo Center Rules, no loading is allowed at front entry. During show days, these doors are to be used by customers only.
AN EXHIBITOR LOUNGE IS LOCATED IN THE FRONT OF THE MAIN EXPO ROOM AND IS RESERVED FOR ALL EXHIBITORS. THIS IS TO BE USED AS A BREAK ROOM AND MAY BE SPONSORED.
