BANKING
For your convenience, an ATM machine is located in the lobby.
FIRST AID
For all first aid inquiries visit the Show Office located in the lobby across from the entrance.
FOOD/BEVERAGE
A concession stand and seating are available both on the show floor and in the front lobby.
INFORMATION BOOTH
For general show inquiries visit the Information Booth located at the front of the main expo hall, near the entry of the show floor.
LOST & FOUND
The lost and found is located in the Show Office.
SAME DAY RE-ADMISSION
If for any reason attendee's need to leave the show and return later that same day, they are able to get a hand stamp. Hand stampers are located at the entrance and exit of the show.
SHOW OFFICE
The show office is maintained during move-in and during all show hours. During the show, the office is staffed one hour before the show opens and until the show closes.
SOLICITING
There is a strict no soliciting policy at the Kalamazoo Home & Garden Expo. Our exhibitors pay a fee to display their goods, so we do not allow non-exhibiting companies to pay an entrance fee and hand out business cards/flyers.
WHEEL CHAIRS
Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Wheelchairs are available at the Show Office. All attendee's have to do is simply present a valid drivers license.
